Reiki Level 1 (Open to All)

 

Before the class day, you will receive your Level 1 attunement.

In Level 1, you will explore the history of Reiki, the nature of energy, how it is transmitted, and how it interacts with the body. This level focuses on self-healing. As I always say, “the more healing and work you do on yourself, the more you can give to others.”

After your Level 1 attunement, most students begin to feel the energy in their hands—sensations like tingling, warmth, or coolness. This is the Reiki energy starting to flow within you. The combination of teaching and the attunement stimulates your natural ability to work with Reiki at various levels of healing.

You will learn the hand positions for self-healing and have the opportunity to practice during the class.

Upon completing Level 1, you’ll become more aware of changes happening in your life on all levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual.

While Level 1 primarily focuses on personal healing, you will also be able to share Reiki with friends, family, pets, and even plants. You will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate upon completion

Reiki Level 2: Practitioner Level (Minimum 3 months after Level 1)

Before the class day, you will receive your Level 2 attunement.

During the class, you will learn three powerful Reiki symbols, deepening your connection to universal energy. We will practice using these symbols while healing each other and exploring different techniques. You’ll gain a greater understanding of how universal energy flows through everything and how your intentions can help heal anything. Additionally, you will learn and practice the art of sending distant healing.

Level 2 is a significant step forward from Level 1—powerful, yet still gentle in its approach. Upon completion, you will receive a Reiki Practitioner Certificate.

Reiki Level 3: Master Practitioner (Minimum 3-6 months after Level 2, at the teacher’s discretion)

 

Before the class day, you will receive your Level 3 attunement.

Reiki Level 3 may feel like the culmination of your Reiki journey, but in truth, it is both an ending and a new beginning. You return to the basics—laying hands on yourself—but now with deeper insight and understanding. The learning continues well beyond Level 3, as you are continually guided to explore Reiki more profoundly.

During the class, we will review the teachings of Levels 1 and 2 and practice healing on each other. You will receive your attunement to the Reiki Master level and be introduced to the Reiki Master symbol. This symbol unlocks the full potential of Reiki energy, significantly enhancing your healing abilities. You will have time to practice using this symbol and will also learn how to perform a self-attunement.

Upon completion, you will receive your Reiki Master Certificate and Reiki lineage.
